Please read each item description carefullyto get a good idea of the fit of each garment. I have classed each item as either a "small fit", "standard fit", or "big fit" after inspecting each garment personally.
The size chart below can be used as a general guide, it's not an exact science! We all have different body shapes, proportions & each item can vary in cut & stretch so please take note of the item descriptions.
Full price items can be returned for a Store Credit or Exchange within 30 days of purchase.
The item/s must be received in original condition - unworn, tags still attached and unwashed. Returns that are not in their original condition and are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and may be returned to the customer. Milou Dress House staff reserve the right to reject a return if it is concluded that it is not in original condition. If you damage an item and after wearing it i.e. a button falls of or the zip breaks due to wear and tear we will not accept it back for an exchange.
Please note that sale items and accessories cannot be returned except in the case of a manufacturing fault.

Store Credit
The customer will be issued with a store credit for returned items. This will allow you the revisit the site to purchase a different item. Any return will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the items. You will receive an email detailing the store credit and how it can be used. It can be used online and in store.

All items are inspected thoroughly before shipping to ensure a high level of quality in the garments you purchase from us.

Domestic orders over $100 are sent free via standard post
INTERNATIONAL
International Orders are sent regular post. Pricing varies depending on country but is between $15-$31 for 500g (about two items per 500g) and it will be calculated at checkout. International orders are expected to be delivered between 3-10 business days.
All orders placed and paid for before 12pm AEST will be packed and shipped the same day. All of our shipping options are fully trackable so please contact us if you are concerned as to the whereabouts of your order.
Milou will have Australia Post collect all orders daily for posting. We are not responsible for Australia Post's actions from this point. Although we would love to have control of the post as well, unfortunately we can't.
OWNERSHIP AND RISK
Ownership of and risk of damage of the goods passes to you upon delivery to the specified address.
